Terms of Use

By accessing or using Videdit.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Videdit.ai is an AI-powered video editing platform that allows users to create, save, and reuse video editing templates. The Service is currently in beta and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

When you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@videdit.ai of any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of all video footage, audio, images, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content you grant Videdit.ai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your User Content with third parties for advertising purposes.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures.

All software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and other materials comprising the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Videdit.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Videdit.ai name, logo, or other brand features without our prior written consent.

The Service is currently in beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIDEDIT.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; OR (C) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Videdit.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Videdit.ai is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

• Monthly Plan — $3.99/month
• Yearly Plan — $29.99/year (saves ~37%)

Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing & Cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Trial Terms

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
